How it works
The menu starts with twelve common choices. Change it to whatever is actually near you: cuisines, restaurant names, or "leftovers." Press Start and the first option out of the maze wins. Then tap Find it near me to open a map search for it.
Settle it for the whole group
Picking where a group eats is harder than picking for yourself. Put the race on one screen, or post the result in the group chat. Everyone saw it happen, so nobody gets to argue. If the group really hates the pick, Remove and race takes it out and runs again.
Tips
- Weight your favorites. List a place twice and it gets two racers.
- Add a few wildcards. "Skip lunch," "Vending machine," and "Whatever's in the fridge" keep it interesting.
- Keep a list per mood. Paste a cheap-eats list on Monday and a treat-yourself list on Friday.
- Then decide who pays. The Who Pays race sends the last one out to the register.
